If you wish to return an item to elizabetharden.co.uk, please follow the instructions below within 28 days of purchase through Royal Mail. We do not currently offer exchanges.
If you wish to return a FRAGRANCE please contact Customer Services.
- Pack the items securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure that you receive credit. PLEASE NOTE: if you received a Gift With Purchase with your order, this also must be returned to ensure you receive a refund.
- Enclose the the original receipt, please include your reason for return.
Create a Pre-Paid Return Postage Label; to create your label visit the Royal Mail website and choose Elizabeth Arden from the list of Retailers.
Affix your label and return your parcel to any Royal Mail outlet, please ensure you keep your proof of postage.
