Returns Instructions
If you wish to return an item to elizabetharden.co.uk, please follow the instructions below within 28 days of purchase*. We do not currently offer exchanges.
*Any purchases made online between 1 November and 24 December 2023 can be returned up until 31 January 2024. For purchases made from 25 December onwards, our normal refund policy of 28 days will apply..
UK RETURNS
- Pack the items securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure that you receive credit. PLEASE NOTE: if you received a Gift With Purchase with your order, this also must be returned to ensure you receive a refund.
- Enclose the the original receipt, please include your reason for return.

Create a Pre-Paid Return Postage Label; to create your label visit the Royal Mail website and choose Elizabeth Arden from the list of Retailers.

Affix your label and return your parcel to any Royal Mail outlet, please ensure you keep your proof of postage.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and Handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.
FRAGRANCE RETURNS
- Royal Mail has the below requirements for parcels containing perfume:
- Volume per item must not exceed 150ml.
- No more than four items in any one parcel.
- Must be sent in its original retail packaging, placed in strong outer packaging and cushioned to prevent breakage. An ID8000 label must be applied.
- The sender's name and return address must be clearly visible on the outer packaging.
- When customers go to drop the package off at the RM post office, they need to ask a member of the Royal Mail staff to add a label to the parcel, as there is hazmat items in it.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND RETURNS
- Pack the items securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure that you receive credit. PLEASE NOTE: if you received a Gift With Purchase with your order, this also must be returned to ensure you receive a refund.
- Enclose the the original receipt, please include your reason for return.

Use the Pre-Paid UPS Return Postage Label; this was included with your parcel. If you have lost your label, please email Customer Services.

Affix your label and return your parcel to a UPS outlet, visit the UPS website to find your closest location. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage.
