1.              The Promoter (also “we”, “our” or “us”) is Elizabeth Arden UK Ltd, Greater London House, Hampstead Road, London NW1 7QX. You can contact us at service-uk@service.elizabetharden.com.

2.              The promotion is open to people aged 18 or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, anyone else professionally connected with the promotion, and the immediate family members of either of these.

3.              To participate, go to https://www.elizabetharden.co.uk and follow the instructions to “catch” the benefits of Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour® Cream Skin Protectant and score points. Players accumulating 35 points will have the option to enter a prize draw. No purchase is necessary.

4.              The promotion will commence on 08.06.2025 and will end on 09.06.2025 .Entrants must complete the game, enter their email address and click “Enter” before midnight on the Closing Date. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault outside of our reasonable control.

5.              These terms govern entry into the promotion. We may disqualify entrants where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms.

7.              There is one prize, which is an Eight Hour® Hamper, containing Eight Hour® Cream Lip Protectant Stick Sunscreen SPF 15, Eight Hour® Cream Skin Protectant,  Eight Hour® Daily Hydrating Body Lotion, Eight Hour® Hydraplay™ Skin Perfecting Daily Moisturiser, Eight Hour® Cream Intensive Moisturising Hand Treatment, Eight Hour® Miracle Hydrating Mist & Eight Hour® Cream Skin Protectant 30ml

8.              Within [7] days of the Closing Date, the Promoter will use computer software to randomly select one winner from among all eligible entries. The Promoter will contact the winner using the email address that they provided when entering. The winner must reply to that email within [7] days, confirming acceptance and giving a postal address in the UK for free delivery of the prize. If the winner does not reply to the Promoter’s email within [7] days, they will be disqualified and a new winner will be selected, using the same process.[SH2] 

9.              The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative. We may award an alternative prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. 

10.         We may cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend the promotion if it becomes necessary for us to do so in light of unforeseen circumstances outside of our reasonable control.[SH3]  

11.         The Promoter is responsible for death or personal injury caused by our failure to use reasonable skill and care to avoid or reduce foreseeable risks. We are also responsible for loss or damage that entrants suffer as a result of our breach of these terms, or failure to use reasonable skill and care, but only if the loss or damage arising was foreseeable when the entrant entered the promotion. “Foreseeable” means that it would have been obvious, when the entrant entered the promotion, that the loss or damage was likely to arise as a result of our breach or failure to use reasonable skill and care. Otherwise, we are not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any person in connection with the promotion.

12.         These terms and any dispute arising in connection with them, or the promotion, shall be governed by English law. Entrants can claim against us in the English courts, or, if they are not a permanent resident of England, in the courts of the country in the UK where they are a permanent resident. We can claim against entrants in the courts of the country in the UK where the entrant is a permanent resident.

13.         Unless the entrant ticks the box agreeing to receive advertising emails, the Promoter will only use their email addresses to administer the promotion. We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy: see https://www.elizabetharden.co.uk/pages/privacy-policy.

14.         The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that the Prize was awarded. To comply with this obligation, we will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails service-uk@service.elizabetharden.com within [1] month after the Closing Date. If you object to your surname and county being made available, please contact us using the contact details above. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
