Take a pump of cleansing oil onto the palms of dry hands.

After 15 seconds of massaging, add a small amount of water to hands and continue to massage. The water will emulsify the formula, turning it milky white.

I have been using the advanced ceramide capsules(they are the bomb!) for years. The 2 together work great for me. Not sure how it would work for oily skin.
