It has an oily and runny consistency, which I normally wouldn’t like. In this case though, I really like having. that highly saturated moisture as a primer for eye cream. It’s like it gives your favorite eye cream a little oomph. Love!

It does help to reduce the wrinkles and dark circles around the eye. I have seen the improvement in less than a month.
